Gemma graduated with her Masters in Osteopathy from Victoria University, and spent time working around the Melbourne area in a city and rural setting treating a variety of patients and conditions.
She has a keen interest in sports and enjoys participating in lacrosse and swimming. She spent 5 years working with the Gold Coast Suns, a professional Australian Rules Football Club where she has honed her treatment skills and management of sporting injuries. She is a big believer in injury prevention and enjoys delving to find the source of the problem to give her patients long-term relief.
Gemma has a clinical interest in the osteopathic management of pregnant women and children which lead to a decision to move to London where she completed her postgraduate diploma in paediatric osteopathy through the Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy. She has had the opportunity to treat children of all ages at their charitable clinic at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in Wandsworth London as well as participate in their program run in conjunction with Barnet Hospital in London to learn about the allopathic (western medicine) and osteopathic management of preterm infants, up to 12 weeks early, in the Starlight ward. She returned to Melbourne in 2015 and set up Full Circle Osteopathy in early 2016. She holds an Advanced Paediatric Osteopath (tertiary) title through Osteopathy Australia

Katie graduated from RMIT with a Batchelor of Health Science and Batchelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) in 2018. In Katie’s early career she had a keen interest in sports and has worked with numbers football, soccer and cricket teams over the years, as well as teaching clinical pilates classes.
In recent years, she has found her passion in treating women’s and pelvic health patients, finding great satisfaction getting women back to doing the things they love. This has lead Katie to undertake training with numerous postgraduate professional organisations including the Osteopathic Pelvic Health Institute of Australia to undertake internal pelvic floor treatment and assessment. In 2024, Katie also completed her Masters of Women’s Health Medicine which has given her a deeper understanding of menopause, pregnancy and postpartum, and chronic & complex pelvic pain.
Katie enjoins working with interconnectedness of the bodies system that osteopathic practice allows, which is evident in her treatment and assessment.

Nicholas is dedicated to understanding his clients as individuals, valuing both their movement patterns and overall well-being. With a strong background in sports, including playing at the highest levels of junior soccer in the National Premier League, Nicholas recognises that movement and function are essential to a healthy life. He takes great satisfaction in guiding clients through their health journey, using detailed functional assessments to uncover the root cause of pain and determine the most effective approach to treatment. Nicholas believes that open communication and client education are crucial to achieving successful outcomes.
Drawing on a wealth of personal and professional experience, Nicholas has developed a keen interest in sports performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He is passionate about helping clients not only recover but also maintain optimal health and performance.

After graduating in 2009 Dr Katie Hawking gained of years of clinical experience working in private practice across Victoria, Adelaide and Melbourne. Katie has also taught in the post-graduate and university space for osteopathic and myotherapy students in Adelaide and Melbourne. In her most recent role she was responsible for the clinical education and learning of final year osteopathic students, helping them transition from student to practitioner.
Katie enjoys, and is proficient in, using a wide variety of osteopathic techniques during her treatments, and will tailor treatment to suit patient preference as well as the presentation involved. Osteopathic techniques can be quite varied and include soft tissue work, joint mobilisation or manipulation as well as very gentle muscular, ligamentous and cranial work.
She has done further studies, as well as mentored for many years with a highly reputable naturopath in Adelaide, so is able to provide additional information on ways to manage your injuries and health more broadly if this is of interest to you.
Katie is passionate about osteopathy. She likes how treatment can support changes in pain presentations and improve lifestyle, particularly when treatment is used in conjunction with a healthy balanced life.

Rebecca is an experienced and highly skilled myotherapist with 7 years of experience in private clinical settings. She is registered with Myotherapy Association Australia, and completed her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT University.
Rebecca, especially since having her daughter, has a passion for all things women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum care. She has completed further studies at Deakin University in exercise prescription and delivery, human growth, development and ageing across the lifespan. She also has extensive training as a female pelvic pain rehabilitation coach.

Mandy is a highly experienced and compassionate physiotherapist who specialises in manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and adjunct therapies including dry needling and sports taping techniques. With a focus on person-centred care, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their recovery goals through a combination of treatment techniques. Mandy is thorough in her assessment to ensure you reach your goals safely and efficiently.
- Mandy has a special interest in the treatment and management of headaches and jaw pain, foot pain, lower limb injuries and pathologies of the spine including neck, upper back and lower back. Mandy also has an interest in footwear prescription which she uses to aid in optimal lower limb alignment to reduce pain and injury.
- Over the years Mandy has worked across the private practice and sub Elite sports settings, including VFL football teams and NPL1 grade soccer. She has enjoyed a variety of clinical settings to capture exposure to different types of injuries and uses this knowledge when treating all walks of life today.
